How I Work — and Who Works Alongside Me

No one person is an expert at everything. Anyone who claims otherwise is selling you something.

Here's what I am: a Licensed Group Benefits Broker with two decades of business consulting behind me, and a strategist who knows where the leverage points live across costs, people, revenue, and capital.

Here's what I'm not: a payroll tax attorney, an AI engineer, a commercial credit underwriter, or a 501(c)(3) compliance specialist. So I don't pretend to be.

Instead, I've built relationships with a vetted team of specialists across each pillar of the work:

  • Section 125 / 105 plan structuring and implementation — handled in partnership with specialists who do this all day, every day.

    How implementation works

As your licensed broker, I'm directly involved in the strategy, fit, and ongoing relationship. The plan structuring and administration is handled by specialists who set up Section 125 and 105 plans every day, with payroll integration, compliance documentation, and employee communication built in. You get one point of contact — me — and a deep bench behind the scenes.

  • Business credit and capital strategy — guided by advisors with direct relationships across the lender ecosystem.

    How implementation works

The credit-building and lender-readiness work is led by an experienced advising team with direct relationships in the funding ecosystem. I coordinate the engagement, make sure the strategy fits your broader business goals, and stay involved through the milestones — so you have a strategic partner, not just a service vendor.

  • AI revenue automation — implemented by the team behind the platform.

    How implementation works

The AI platform and deployment are handled by the WiBiz team — the specialists who built and continue to refine the system. My role is to make sure it's the right fit before you commit, that the audit numbers reflect your actual business, and that someone is advocating for you if anything needs adjustment after launch.

  • Recurring nonprofit funding via merchant processing — coordinated with the partners who built and operate the funding model.

    How implementation works

The merchant processing funding model is operated by the partner organization that built the structure and maintains compliance with IRS 501(c)(3) requirements. I'm the connector — I introduce the right businesses to the right nonprofits, make sure the model fits both sides, and stay in the relationship as it grows. Nonprofit Funding Connector is a role I take seriously; the funding floor it builds is genuinely the most underused tool in community-based nonprofit work.

My role is to be your quality control. I map the strategy, vet the fit, coordinate the experts, and stay on your side of the table from the first conversation through implementation and beyond. You get the depth of a specialist team without having to assemble it yourself — and without wondering whether each expert is actually pulling for you.

That's the stewardship part. Anyone can sell a product. Fewer people will sit with you, understand your business, and build a structure where every piece supports the next one — like dominos.

What I Bring To The Table

20+ years as a business consultant

I've supported more than 50 clients a year across two decades, helping owners find creative ways to drive performance, increase profitability, and unlock revenue opportunities most advisors miss.

I've been ranked #1 in new client acquisition and revenue attainment, but the number that matters more is the one that doesn't make a leaderboard: the leaders who stayed, grew, and built something they're proud of.

A licensed independent broker's perspective

As a Licensed Group Health, Life, and Accident Insurance Producer, I'm your quality control for employee benefits. I'm not tied to a single carrier or a single product. I set up your coverages like dominos — so when that one thing happens, everything falls into place, and you have more options instead of just more bills.
